Matthew Adamson has a Ph.D. in History and Philosophy of Science from Indiana University (2005). His research work has focused on the history of nuclear programs, and more recently the worldwide search for nuclear raw materials, striving to show the link between geophysical research and geopolitical manifestations of power, influence, and cooperation. Dr. Adamson is presently Director of Academic and Student Affairs at McDaniel College’s campus in Budapest, Hungary, as well as External Researcher at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Budapest, Hungary, advising on the history and institutional context of use of radioisotopes.

He will perform archival work for the WP6 case study.
