Natalia CZAJKOWSKA

Natalia is Director of the European Academy of Diplomacy, contributing 15 years of experience in the training sector to the Academy’s international programs.

Prior to EAD, she was the Country Manager of a Spanish company in Poland, where she was the Plenipotentiary of the Management Board. Natalia has also worked at a law firm and for multiple companies in the private sector as the owner of a consulting firm.

Natalia’s strengths are in the field of strategy, marketing and business development, customer relationship management and customer life cycle management. She also has several years of experience in consulting, business process analysis, outsourcing (including European funds), and organization of business missions and networking meetings.

Natalia holds PRINCE2 Certificate in Project Management and she is currently pursuing a MBA in Internationalization of Business, conducted at the ICEX-CECO, Government of Spain.

Picking up the baton from EAD founder Katarzyna Pisarska, Natalia now leads WP1 - Engagement and Interface, overseeing organization of InsSciDE open conferences, training programs and the related participant evaluations.
